BBYO AT BETH SHOLOM
BBYO brings fun, friendship, leadership, and meaningful Jewish experiences to teens at Beth Sholom. As the world’s leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement, BBYO empowers teens to build community, grow as leaders, and form lifelong connections, all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA) and the B’nai B’rith Girls (BBG) are a high school fraternity and sorority, the membership program of BBYO. Each member is part of a chapter; it’s where you have meetings, plan programs, and hang with your friends. BBYO chapters meet weekly at Beth Sholom, and are open to all teens in Grades 8-12.
Plus, BBYO Connect provides pre-high school students in Grades 6-8 with fun activities and meaningful involvement in the community!

BBYO programming is completely teen-led and staff-supported and offers teens exciting and exclusive events in their own community, ranging from weekend conventions to sports leagues and social events to community service projects.
